Tactiq - Web Design Role

Tactiq is a rapidly growing Sydney-based pre-series A SaaS startup that uses generative AI to extract knowledge from conversations. 500,000 users from over 10,000 global organisations use Tactiq to process over 2 million monthly meetings.

As a product led growth company Tactiq’s website plays a critical role in converting and onboarding new users. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape Tactiq’s web brand in an emerging market. You’ll be a part of the web team designing, building and optimising Tactiq’s site with a focus on driving conversion.

Responsibilities: 

• You will own Tactiq’s website design system across product and tools pages.
• Design and build new Webflow pages.
• Collaborate with product marketing to bring new pages to life.
• Own design for web assets and, on occasion, additional marketing assets.

What skills do I need?

• Design tool kit with proficiency in Webflow (ideally Client First), Figma, and Relume; bonus points for motion design experience (i.e. Jitter).
• Experience contributing to and managing design systems.
• Understanding of PLG frameworks and their impact on design.
• Strong sense of ownership with a love for building highly user-centric experiences.
• Bias towards action that sees you opt for iteration to drive progress.
• Collaborative culture with rapid feedback, empowerment, and openness
• Flexibility with a remote work model and available office space
• Direct interaction with customers and real-time feedback, impacting hundreds of thousands of users around the world
