Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer at Assessli, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our AI-driven learning platform. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create a seamless user experience that combines aesthetics with functionality. Key Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how interfaces function and look.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Conduct user research and gather insights through user testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into high-quality design deliverables.
• Work on improving the UX of existing products by conducting heuristic evaluations and usability testing.
• Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and standards.
• Stay current with the latest trends in UI/UX design and best practices in the industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with creating responsive designs for mobile and web platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and wireframing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying findings to design iterations.
• Understanding of motion design and animation principles.
• Knowledge of design systems and experience in maintaining them.
