In NEXUS, we are searching for Talented Motion Designers to join our mission. NEXUS is home of the largest educational platform for online business owners to learn how to grow their business through short-form content creation, lead by our CEO, Devin Jatho.

We are looking for a Motion Designer who will 110% buy into our vision and is 120% committed to excellence within their craft of video editing. We look at video editing as an art and we want more creative people just like yourself to bring new fresh idea’s and innovations to our editing team. Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Animation: Develop captivating animations through motion design that effectively communicate ideas, enhance visual storytelling, and engage the audience. Ensure animations align with the overall creative direction and brand identity.
• Edit Some Videos: You will be editing Devin’s raw footage that is given to you and turn it into polished, high quality video’s as directed
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other editors to share knowledge, provide feedback, and ensure consistency across all projects.
• Embrace Revisions: Be prepared to do a A LOT of revisions and fine-tuning. We chase perfection, so you will need to do multiple rounds of revisions on your project until they meet excellence.
• Innovate & Experiment: This is really important to us. Every day bring fresh ideas to the table and experiment with new techniques to keep our content innovative and engaging.

Qualifications

• You must have proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio
• You must be proficient in Adobe After Effects
• You must have conversational near fluent english
• You must be open to working hard (8-10 Hour Days)
• You must be comfortable working in a high pressure fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality work.
• Having knowledge within Graphic Design is a plus

• You seek a traditional 9-5 routine (here it’s more like 9-9)
• You prefer a normal stress free comfortable lifestyle (this isn't the place for comfort zones)
• You aren’t willing to make the sacrifices necessary to become a great motion designer (we as a team are prepared to sacrifice everything)
