Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Digital and Social Media Coordinator located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to social media regulation, content creation, social media marketing, communication, digital asset management, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the agency’s digital platforms, including maintaining social media accounts and updating the website.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentations in collaboration with the team.
  • Contribute to developing content strategies that align with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Help analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitors to ensure social media and branding strategies are effective.
  • Assist with content creation of social media graphics, website updates, and branding materials.
  • Help maintain and update the agency's website, ensuring all content is current and aligned with the brand’s vision.
  • Create and schedule social media posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and tone.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts for marketing and pitch materials.
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide performance reports to inform future strategies.

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Digital Marketing expertise
  • Experience in managing social media platforms
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for social media
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and layout
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of website platforms like Webflow, WordPress or Squarespace.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure content performance.
  • Experience in a creative or agency environment is a plus.
